Speed Test
First Step has developed a speed test to help troubleshoot connection speed issues.
This test attempts to give an estimate of your current connection to First Step. If you are a connectivity customer of ours, this speedtest will be different from a speedtest performed at a different location on the Internet, because you are connected directly via phone line, DSL, or wireless to our servers - you do not go through the Internet to reach our server. If you are not a connectivity customer, this is a benchmark test of connection speed to our servers. Your geographic location, the number of "hops", Internet traffic, and many other factors can and will affect the results of this test.
